Osteopathy:
Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy. We trace root causes for pain and dysfunction to skeletal displacements and use our sense of touch to realign the body. When bones and joints are out of alignment, they can create muscle tension, joint compression, and impingements that cause pain, restrict mobility, and affect various system functions such as blood flow, nerve function, organ function, fluid fluctuation, digestion, lymphatics, hormones, reproduction, emotions, state of mind, and more. As practitioners, we work from head to toe, using hands-on techniques to ease tension, correct skeletal displacements, alleviate pain, and restore function throughout the body.
